2 min

2022 saw the 27th year of the NADA awards across the various automotive brands in the country.

The NADA (national automobile dealer’s association) dealer satisfaction index survey (dsi) measures dealer’s satisfaction with various automotive brands, forming a vital link between dealers and manufacturers.

The survey is a good gauge of the strength of the relationships that oems have with their respective dealer networks.

we are pleased to announce that Renault SA received a gold award within the passenger/ lcv category at this year’s award ceremony. the results achieved are very encouraging as they denote a steady improvement in our results since 2018, with the overall 2022 results being 2.1% higher than 2021, marking our highest score to date.

we pride ourselves in achieving results above the industry norms in many of the indicators, most particularly ‘dealer friendly’, ‘customer friendly’ and ‘investor friendly’.

with the dealers  being our “initial customer”, we strive to strengthen our relationships with our dealer network by endeavoring to meet their needs and expectations.

we would like to thank our dealers for demonstrating their confidence in the Renault brand, and will continue to improve our services to maintain & ideally exceed the status quo going-forward.
