1. Participation in the competition implies acceptance of all terms, rules, and conditions as set out below.
2. Employees of Renault Importer and their direct family members and Advertising / Media Agencies are not permitted to participate in the competition.

4. By participating in this competition, you consent to Renault Importer processing your personal information in accordance with these terms and conditions, and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). You further undertake to comply with your obligations in terms of POPIA in ensuring that the information is accurate and updated.
5. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, and if lost, will not be re-issued.
6. All entrants must be over the age of 18 years and be in possession of a valid South African Driver’s Licence.
7. The exclusive experience will include the following: a 2-night stay at a hotel/lodge selected by Renault Importer and 1x adventurous experience for 2 decided by Renault Importer
8. Any tollgate or e-toll costs and fines that may be incurred will be for the winner’s account.
9. The accommodation inlcudes a bed and breakfast as well as dinner. Any further expense incurred will be for the account of the winner.
10. Renault Importer cannot be held liable for any damage to personal belongings and the winner hereby indemnifies Renault Importer for any loss or damage to person or property in.
11. The exclusive experience that is won is subject to availability.
12. The exclusive experience must be used within six months of acceptance of the prize. Renault Importer will not accept any claim arising from failure to timeously make use of the exclusive experience.
13. The winner of the competition will be notified by e-mail or telephonically.
14. If Renault Importer is unable to contact a prize-winner within five working days after the final draw, said prize-winner will be considered to have forfeited the prize and another winner will be appointed.,
15. The final decision is at the sole discretion of Renault Importer and non-negotiable and no correspondence will be entertained regarding the decision.
16. All participants exempt Renault Importer and/or its agencies involved in the competition from liability for any damage and/or costs resulting from claims they may have or incur through participation in the competition and/or the use of prizes.
17. Renault Importer is not liable for any technical error that may lead to an entry not being submitted successfully. Renault Importer accepts no responsibility for entries that are undelivered, lost or delayed. Proof that an entry was submitted does not serve as proof of receipt.
18. Renault Importer cannot be held liable for any injuries or the death of the winner of the exclusive experience or his or her companions.
19. The winner of the getaway and his or her companions accept all hotel/lodge rules as well as the terms and conditions determined by the Hotel/lodge for the period of the getaway, as outlined in the Winner Letter.
20. The Competition will run for 7 weeks, starting 1 June to 3 July.
21. The winners will be announced 1st of September 2023
